When we receive your payment, Your orders will be dealt with within 24 hours. Normally, it will take 7--14 working days to make your cosplay costume after we got your payment.

It will then take about 5--20 working days for the package to travel from our warehouse to your mailing address.

So, you can get your costume in 12-34 working days.

We will ship it by China Post, Aliexpress Standard Shipping, DHL and FedEx. We shipping worldwide for all the items on our store.

About The Return:

You can return or exchange any order to us within 7 days of receiving it. Please contact us before returning.

*Please be aware that, in accordance with the return policy, customized items can not be returned or refunded.

*Customs charges are at your expense if you return an order from a country different from us.

Returns Policy :

a: We only accept refunds for accessories, wigs, and standard size costume (not include the cross-dressing costume).

b：We don't accept the return or change for the cross-dressing costume since the cross-dressing costume is the custom costume.

c: Returns or changes must be made within 7 days of receiving orders.

d: We will offer 100% refund only for products which are defected, or sent by mistake.

e: If you want to return or change the costume by yourself mistake or subjective case, the round-trip postage is born by the buyer.

f: We don’t accept refunds for customize costume, our dressmaker will start customizing the dress for you within 2 days after receiving your payment, it’s impossible to cancel the order. Please make a careful decision.
