Instructions for use of grinding and polishing machinery

This machine is refined by Taiwan shock technology. It has the advantages of small size, large capacity, light weight, high efficiency and energy saving, stable operation, sturdy and durable. It is widely used in grinding and polishing in process, hardware, plastic, glass and other industries. The following are A, B, C material attribute demonstration polishing program, method for reference:

Material A: The material is relatively hard (such as natural jade)

Step 1: Emery 320 #polished for 1 day

Step 2: Emery 1000 #polishing for 1 day

Step 3: Emery 3000 #polishing for 1 and a half days

Step 4: Cold light powder polishing for 1 day (the above 4 steps need to add abrasives such as ceramic triangular beads and natural polishing beads. The amount of these abrasives is subject to about 2/3 of the total weight)

Step 5: If you want to wax, use vibrator wax and walnut pits to wax together. When waxing, grind the wax and polish it with plant abrasives. You can also use an induction cooker to add water to boil the wax. During the cooking process, pay attention to the uniform heating of the material to prevent the product from cracking.

Material B: medium hardness of material (such as 83B material, miscellaneous stone, etc.)

Step 1: Emery 400 #polished for 1 day

Step 2: Emery 1200 #polished for 1 day

Step 3: Emery 3000 #polishing for 1 and a half days
